“ I love breakfast and breakfast sandwiches! That being said this takes it to a new level. I started with a classic (sausage) with no alterations. The bun, egg, sauce and meat were all on point! I want another!!! However it was also very filling. Will be back to explore more options soon! Also, the staff is super friendly, the owner (Rory) greeted us with a welcoming smile and told us about how they started the business. I hope nothing but the best for Egg On A Roll! What a refreshing change! ”

My take on it: A indoor food truck (love it), a breakfast sandwich on steroids, but very versatile if you want to keep it basic, liked that the meat was chopped which made it easy to eat, good food at a good price, quick and everyone was so friendly. Only thing I would change is to offer a canned beverage and a bag of chip option to make it a meal. I thought it was a one and done.....but I have my next order picked out! ”
“ The thing about bagel boy which you could compare this restaurant to is that it's uninspired and uninspiring. Anything I could get there I could make it home. The thing about egg on a roll is I had probably the breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I went in there with middling expectations just trying a new place out. I didn't realize this place made more than just food. They make like really good food. And they did it less than 5 minutes. Or me going to bagel boy is a weekend only option because I don't have the ability to schedule a 60-minute meeting on my work day to have breakfast that leaves me uninspired. I could see this place easily having three other stores in town as soon as people try it once because then they will be coming back and back and back to have sandwiches that are the best in town. Yeah they only do egg sandwiches but they do them the best and they do them all day. Someone has to get this place on the news. ”
